BODYWORK
Damaged vehicles may be subject to bodywork including bondo or sanding prior to installs. We are not responsible for imperfections in the vehicles body or paint prior to install. Your vehicle will be inspected prior to install for any abnormalities as we may refuse certain instances which will hinder our ability to complete a quality install or void manufacturers warranty.
PARTS REMOVAL
Certain vehicles will require bumpers, wings, mirrors, door handles, side markers, antenna, moldings, headlights, tailights, emblems, sensors, wheels, splashgards. trim, keylocks, skirts; front and rear, skirts; sides which help aid in the wrapping process as well as insure your install will last the length of ownership.
WRAP REMOVAL
We recommend removal of your wrap around the 5 year mark. If your vehicle is kept outside, weather elements could potentially break down the wrap quicker especially on horizontal surfaces. The removal process generally doesn't take a long as the install but depending on its age, could take longer. Its important to recognize signs on wear and tear on your wrap to schedule an appointment for removal.
WARRANTY
Thank you for allowing us to wrap your vehicle. This warranty card is valid for 1(one) year installation warranty and 5 (five) years materials warranty
from manufacturer. Warranty period begins on the day each wrap has been completed to the same day of the following calendar year. This
certifies that AC Wrap Co will repair or replace any installation defect on our part! These defects include lifting, curling on edges, non - adhesion,
bubbling or rip errors. However we cannot account for driver habits or uncontrolled circumstances such as scratches, tears,
tampering, chemical spills (oil, coolant, brake fluid etc.) weather, fires or burns.
Allow two weeks for the wrap to fully adhere to the surface of the vehicle. The wrap process may show signs of blemishes, surface scratches or
other abnormal markings that will dissolve out with the 2 week period. Let the vehicle sit in direct sunlight for the majority of the 2 week period for
maximum post heating adhesion.
Wrap care consists of simple non-acidic soap and water (Dawn, Joy, Babysoap etc.) or 70% rubbing alcohol for cleaning your wrap. Avoid harsh
abrasive chemicals like gasoline, paint thinners or high concentrations of acid when cleaning. Waxing is not necessary as it will prematurely wear
the protection laminate of the film. Buffing compounds and or automotive surface enhancers MAY also breakdown your wrap. Consult
your materials manufacturers specs on proper detail compounds.
